Understanding the partner portal home page

After you log in to the Lyve Cloud console, you are prompted to the home page dashboard. When you log in to Lyve Cloud initially, the four headings are displayed:  Customers, Buckets, Average Usage, and Tickets. However, once you’ve created buckets, then store data in your buckets, the dashboard displays statistics of the storage system. A graphical view of usage trends is available, as well as bucket count and average usage.

The following image displays an example of the details on dashboard:

  • Customers: Displays the number of customers created by the partner(s).

  • Buckets: Displays the total number of buckets created by all customers.

  • Average Usage: Displays the average amount of data stored per day for all customers in the partners' account, from the beginning of the month to the current date.

  • Tickets: Displays total tickets created by the partner for customers.

  • Usage Trend: Displays a graphical representation of the Total Usage Trend and Customer Usage trend.

    • Date Range Selectors: Select the appropriate option to view usage trends for the Current Month, for the Last 3 Months, or set a Custom Range.

    • Total Usage Trend: Displays a line graph for the total storage used by customers.

    • Customer Usage Trend: Displays a line graph for a customer's usage.

  • Customer Distributions

    • Customers: Lists the names of each customer in the partner's account.

    • Users: Lists the number of users for each customer in the partner's account.

    • Service Accounts: Lists the number of service accounts for each customer.

    • Buckets: Lists the number of buckets created by each customer.

    • Average Usage: Lists the average amount of data used per day for each customer, from the beginning of the month to the current date.

    • Open Tickets: Lists the total number of open tickets for each customer.

    • Onboard: Displays the date that each customer was added to the Lyve Cloud partner account.
